We will be glad to have with us Gavin LAWLER, radiotherapist at UPMC Beacon Cancer Centre, Dublin Ireland. Colleague of Prof. Alina MIHAI, whom we talk about in an anterior article, Lawler is going to hold an entire presentation about radiotherapy, because, as said before, new information in matter of radiotherapy are coming from Dublin. The session is centered on patients and they offer to present to the medics and the paramedical staff in the room the best practices in mater of advanced treatment with radiotherapy. You will find the program and the presentation of Radiotherapy – Patient Centred Advanced Treatment Practice, which will be presented in English.
Since the conference is aiming to tackle the cancer problem by multidisciplinary perspectives, in the section dedicated to medical assistant and paramedical staff, Camelia Moldovan and Iulia Tutui, dietician and nutritionist with an important experience in the Medisprof clinic, will expose the problem of nutrition which are faced by the oncologic patient. As in all disease, the human body becomes much more sensible with all the immune system really weak, being focused on the fight with the disease. The feeding solution suggests by the expert brought to you in the conference context, will make you look with a new eye on the nutrition in cancer.
